1. Product Safety & Use Disclaimer

1.1 Our products are designed with safety in mind. We require that all products are used strictly in accordance with the accompanying instructions and safety guidelines.

1.2 Adult Supervision Required: Our products are intended for use under constant, competent adult supervision at all times. Never leave a child unattended while using any of our products.

1.3 No Medical Claims: Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

1.4 Inspect Before Use: Always inspect products for wear, tear, or damage before each use. If any defect is found, discontinue use immediately and contact us.

2. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konlypay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

🚫 No Returns Policy (For Safety & Hygiene Reasons)
We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is delivered, even if unused, due to the sensitive nature of our toys (intended for teething, mouthing, and infant use). This ensures that every customer receives a product that is uncompromised and safe.

✅ Exceptions (Case-by-Case Support)
We may consider a resolution in rare cases such as:

A verifiable factory defect
Receiving an incorrect item
Superficial marks or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function or safety are not considered defects.
